Apollo and the Raven Greek Mythology Art Print
The inspiration for this piece came from the story of Apollo and the Raven from ancient Greek mythology. According to legend, Apollo sent out his white raven to spy on his lover, and when the bird came back with bad news about her fidelity, Apollo was so furious, he scorched the bird until its feathers turned black - which is why, as the legend goes, the ravens of today are black. (Ever heard of “don’t kill the messenger” Apollo?)
The original artwork was made using ink on watercolor paper. This art print is made on gallery-quality cotton paper, comes hand-signed on the front, and numbered, titled and dated on the back. Frame NOT included.

- All items are protected with water-resistant glassine bags and are shipped using rigid mailers or sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure they reach you in the best condition.
- All the appropriate recycling information will be included on a notecard in your order for easy reference.
I offer returns/refunds if you are unhappy with your order - please reach out to me. Here are some examples where a return/refund might be desired:
- Your item has arrived damaged during shipping.
- The postal system has lost your package and/or it has not arrived after 4 weeks of being in transit.
- You're unhappy with your item and seek a refund.
- If a customer seeks a refund, they would need to ship the item back to me, & once received, a full refund will be issued. Cost of return shipping is at the buyer's expense (unless otherwise agreed upon).
- If a package is returned to me as undeliverable, or has been lost by USPS, I am more than happy to re-send the order, or offer a full refund if the customer prefers.
