- It's important to me that my shop be as sustainable as possible. All of my packaging material is plastic-free and curbside recyclable.
- All items are protected with water-resistant glassine bags and are shipped using rigid mailers or sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure they reach you in the best condition.
- All the appropriate recycling information will be included on a notecard in your order for easy reference.
I offer returns/refunds if you are unhappy with your order - please reach out to me. Here are some examples where a return/refund might be desired:
- Your item has arrived damaged during shipping.
- The postal system has lost your package and/or it has not arrived after 4 weeks of being in transit.
- You're unhappy with your item and seek a refund.
- If a customer seeks a refund, they would need to ship the item back to me, & once received, a full refund will be issued. Cost of return shipping is at the buyer's expense (unless otherwise agreed upon).
- If a package is returned to me as undeliverable, or has been lost by USPS, I am more than happy to re-send the order, or offer a full refund if the customer prefers.
